Life in Tangui Cameroon | Our stay so far
Hi guys. Hope you are doing well.
We've been on holiday in Tangui, Cameroon at my mom's for a while now and it's been great so far.
I needed a break from my usual life in Yaoundé and I'm glad I had the chance to do this at this moment.
Currently it's the long term holiday in Cameroon so the kids and I are visiting my mom for a while. Other members of the family are here too so it's a family reunion holiday. It's been fun and memory filled do far.
As I mentioned in my previous post, I've been through a lot lately emotionally and I was even feeling depressive. Being here has been a good way to rest and reset my mind and body for a better life.
Tangui is a village in the Littoral region of Cameroon 🇨🇲 and it's the source of the mineral water brand called 'Source Tangui'. It's a rural area so life here is different from that of Yaoundé which is an urban area.
My highlights of my time spent here has been harvesting and eating groundnuts from the farm, peeling cassava, breathing fresh and clean air, going jogging on a road with lots of vegetation around it, reuniting and catching up with family. Thus area is a hot zone so it's been a challenge to manage the heat especially with the kids. I'm grateful that there's been more rain falling these days and so the weather is less hot.
Here are a few pictures of our stay in Tangui, Cameroon.

How to attract your dream life through manifestation
If you want to live your dream life, you have to start with determination, hard work, patience and then manifestation.
Manifestation is the process of bringing your desires into reality. It's about tapping into the power of your mind and using the laws of attraction to manifest your dreams.
The law of attraction is the belief that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, you can bring
positive or negative experiences into your life.
For example, if you want to attract more money, you would focus on thoughts and feelings of
abundance and prosperity. If you want to attract more love, you would focus on thoughts and
feelings of love and happiness.
The key to manifestation is to get clear about what you want and to focus on your desires with all of
your heart and soul. The more clear and focused you are, the more likely you are to attract your
desires into your life.
Here are some tips to help you get started with manifestation.
How to attract your dream life through manifestation
1. Get clear about what you want.
The first step to manifesting your dreams is to get clear about what you want. What do you want to
achieve? What do you want to create? What do you want to experience?
When you get clear about what you want;
2. Focus on your desires with all of your heart and soul.
The more focused you are on your desires, the more likely you are to manifest them into your life.
So, make sure to focus on your desires with all of your heart and soul.
3. Visualize what you want.
See your desired outcome in your mind's eye. Visualize what it would feel like to achieve your goals.
See yourself living your dream life.
4. Take action towards your goals.
In order to manifest your dreams, you need to take action towards them. This means taking steps to achieve your goals and making moves towards your desired outcome.
5. Believe that your dreams will come true.
One of the most important parts of manifestation is believing that your dreams will come true.
When you believe in yourself and your ability to manifest your desires, it becomes easier to make
your dreams a reality.
Start using these manifestation techniques today and you'll be one step closer to living your dream
life.

Your mindset matters. Alot.
Your mindset is the foundation for everything else in you rlife. It's the way you think about yourself, your capabilities, and your potential.
A growth mindset is vital for success.
People with a growth mindset believe that they can improve with effort. They view setbacks as learning opportunities. They understand tha tintelligence is not fixed, and that they can get smarter
with time and experience.
People with a fixed mindset, on the other hand, believe that their abilities are set in stone. They see effort as a waste of time, and view set backs as proof of their inadequacy.

situations where you're trying something new or facing a challenge.

How to stay focused on your goals
How to stay focused on your goals
It can be difficult to stay focused on your goals, especially if you are facing setbacks. However, there are a few things you can do to stay motivated and on track.
One way to stay focused is to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve. Write down your goals and what you need to do to reach them. This will remind you to stay on track when things get tough.
It is also important to remember why you are pursuing your goals. What are your motivations? What will achieving your goals do for you and your life?
Keeping your reasons for pursuing your goals in mind will help you stay focused when things get tough.
Finally, don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. There is no shame in admitting that you need assistance to reach your goals. Talk to a friend, family member, or even a professional for help and support.
You may lose focus from time to time but don't get discouraged because of that. Just get back on track and focus on your goal again.

What motivates me to share my life experience | Ngumabi
I just saw a post on YouTube made by Nigerian YouTuber Dyna Ekwueme about taking a break from YouTube because she's feeling overwhelmed. If you are one of her followers then you know that she recently moved to Saudi Arabia to meet her husband. She didn't mention what exactly is making her overwhelmed but going through the comment section I saw a comment of a lady who said it can be overwhelming to live abroad without the support you usually get back at home in Nigeria. She went ahead to mention that she's a mother of one and she also feels overwhelmed.
This comment reminded me of another comment I read where the lady asked how others had the time to create content consistently for their businesses, run their businesses and deal with family at the same time. She mentioned that she doesn't have the time to do it all and add content creation to it all. It must also be an overwhelming situation for her.
Why am I saying all this?
A few days ago I also felt overwhelmed by content creation and motherhood and other stuff. I feel better now but I must say reading such comments where people are sharing their reality gave me strength because I felt less alone in the situation.
This is the reason why it's important to me to be authentic with my content. It surely helps someone feel normal especially in the rear of social media where people show mostly the perfect side of their lives.
I remember when a new follow on my Facebook page made a comment about me a while ago. He said he admires what I do but I need to apply some makeup and wear better outfits to pull attention. Funny enough he's right. And it's something I can do. But that's not my objective.
I am a lifestyle blogger and I love sharing parts of my reality to inspire others and help them relate to what I share. I share my current stage of life and as my life improves the visual of my content will improve with it.
Of course I strive to improve the visual of my content but it's still important for me to share my reality with you guys.
We get overwhelmed from time to time by something and it feels really good to hear someone share their experience about what we are facing.
That's why I share my experience and knowledge. Hopefully it helps someone out there.
