Causes and Treatment for back pains
What is back pain?
Pain or discomfort felt in the upper or lower back of an individual is caused by an injury or pressure exerted on the back muscles.
Causes of back pains
Standing, sitting, bending for long
Some work or daily activities may require an individual to stand, sit or bend over for hours. This can cause pressure on the back area and lead to back pain.
Pregnancy and motherhood
The weight of the baby during pregnancy can cause most women to experience back pain and this pain may last until after birth because it takes time for the muscles to heal from 9 months of pregnancy.
Also after birth, the continuous carrying of the baby either in front on the back of the mother or parent can cause back pain.
STDs
One of the signs of STDs is back pain. When STDs are not well treated they may cause back pain.
Menstrual cramps
Some women have painful menses and this is usually felt in the lower back area.
Toxins
The presence of toxins in the body can cause serious back pain. Toxins are consumed daily through food and drinks. Things like substances used to colour food and drinks like sodas and soft drinks are toxins that stay in the body for a long time. Also, pesticides and chemical fertilizers are dangerous toxins that can cause back pain and even cancer.
These toxins can be eliminated with the use of body cleansers such as:
Forever Aloe Gel
Longrich Green Tea
These products are efficient in cleaning your digestive system, your blood and tissues of toxins and excess fats.
