A Quick Breathing Exercise To Calm Your Anxiety

One of the dangerous effects of the pandemic is that it can cause anxiety. Anxiety doesn't feel good at all. It starts slowly and then takes over your mind and body. That's why you have to fight it as soon as possible. Don't give it an opportunity to install itself in your body.
The panic caused by this coronavirus is quite serious. The fear of contracting the disease plus the social distancing, isolation or quarantine has had us all experience fear on different levels. It is therefore important to work on our minds and make sure that we eliminate anxiety from our lives.

That's why I put together this quick breathing exercise for you to help you let go of the anxiety and feel calm.
