How to track and evaluate your progress in achieving your goals
While working to achieve your goals, it is important to track your progress. Tracking your progress requires you to note when you accomplish your tasks and what you accomplished. This can be done by either writing them down in a book or using an app that is a goal tracker.
How to track and evaluate your progress in achieving your goals
Writing down your completed tasks is the best way to keep track of your progress.
To evaluate your progress you have to compare your performance with the goals for the day, week, month or at the end of the short-term period you set.
Observe the efforts and consistency at the end and the results to know if you should continue with the same strategy or change it.
If your target is to jog three times a week write down every time you jog and at the end of the week count the number of times you jogged to see if you met your target or surpassed it.
This is easier to follow up on a goal tracker app because it shows your progress and productivity on a chart. It also shows you how close you are to your goal.
I'm still trying out some goal tracker apps and when I'll do a review when I'm done.
But just downloaded Goals Wizard and it seems interesting.
