How To Vent Your Emotions When You've Got No Friend To Talk To

One thing that drives women crazy is not being able to vent their thoughts and emotions. It's important for a woman to talk to someone about how she feels especially when her emotions are triggered and are all over the place. It helps her to calm down and to think straight.

So if you are a loner or a woman without friends or you got a lot of emotions running through you and you can't reach your best friend, then this is how you can vent or release.

Ladies this is how to vent your emotions when you've got no one to talk to at the moment

How To Vent Your Emotions When You've Got No Friend To Talk To

Write your feelings down on a paper and tear it up

Yes girl, write it down just the way it is. Say all that you have to say to the paper and just pour it all out there. Putting your thoughts on paper helps you to get in touch with your emotions especially when you read it to yourself. So get a piece of paper and a pen and just write it down.

Then tear it up when you are done, girl. You don't want somebody who is not your best friend to read it. Except it's a letter addressed to them.

Scream in a pillow

Find a big pillow and scream into it. Yes, screaming can do the job but you don't want your neighbours and others around you rushing in to find out why you are screaming. Just bury your mouth in a pillow and scream. Let out the frustration into the pillow.

Talk to yourself in a low voice

If you can stay calm then talk to yourself in a low voice or better still in your mind but I wouldn't call that venting. If you are alone in the house then you can raise your voice. This one is my favourite. I enjoy venting by myself at home when I'm alone. I can hear my own voice clearly and when I'm done I take a dip sigh and move forward to other things.

So ladies, here are the three ways you can vent when those hot emotions set in - be it anger, frustration or disappointment.

    1. Letting a song speak your mind is also a good way to vent. And you are not alone, I do cry too when I need to vent, lol.

  3. 🙂 By the way, we men also experience the same things.

One very safe way of venting emotions is through prayer.
