June is men's health month and It's important to care for the health of the men in our lives. Men work hard to secure our health but don't really care about theirs.
To celebrate men's health month, I am sharing with you guys how I take care of the health of my little man who is my three-month-old son. He is such a sweet boy and will grow up to be a man.
June is Men's Health Month | How I Am Taking Care Of My Little Man
- Since my son is breastfeeding, I make sure I eat well and balanced to feed him very rich and nutritious breastmilk.
- I also put him under a mosquito net when he sleeps to avoid him having malaria.
- I take him to the hospital to take the vaccines necessary for his age.
- I protect my own health by sleeping under a mosquito net, eating right, resting enough and treating myself so that I stay healthy and strong to take care of and protect him.
- Keeping his clothes, bed and surrounding clean.
- Not allowing strangers to carry or touch him to avoid him getting sick.
- Washing my hands when I go out and return home before I carry him.
- It is important to teach boys how to care for their health. This is because they don't have the habit. Most men avoid hospitals throughout their lives. They don't like taking medication and they always want to play superman. Despite the risks, they take daily to provide for their families they don't take time to treat themselves.
I intend to teach him how to take care of his health more.
Men can be negligent but it's important to remind them this month to take care of their health. Remind them to go for checkups, for treatment, and take care of themselves as they work to provide for us.
