It's hard to live simply these days especially with the arrival of social media. Everyone is sharing their rules and regulations for living life and it may be confusing to live your life simply.
But the best way to live a simple life is to live life on your terms. Ask yourself what type of life you want to live. What will make you happy? Because we are not the same and draw happiness from different things.
When you know this it will reduce the temptation of comparing yourself with others. Especially those who are living lives you don't fancy.
Try to not envy others or compare your life to theirs. It will complicate your life and take away your joy.
Copy what aligns with your goal and purpose and adapt it to your goal.
The simplest life you can live is one that you love and chose for yourself.
