- African women face a lot in life and need some uplifting. They take care of everybody especially when they have their own families. Putting everyone first can affect the way you think about yourself and may leave you feeling you have no value. It's important that African women use Personal development to increase their value and rediscover their potential.

- Society and most cultures marginalize African women. Growing up in a community that says they belong in the kitchen or they can only be housewives is difficult. This puts a limiting belief in them. They need personal development to get out of that way of thinking and achieve other things in their lives.

- African women can do more, be more and achieve more if they believe in themselves.
