How to motivate yourself when you are a woman and a mother

Women and mothers need special motivation in life to be better versions of themselves. But when no one is there to motivate you, you have to motivate yourself, my lady.


Here are ways to motivate yourself.


- Remember your dreams, goals and objectives in life


- Positive self-talk, affirmations and mantras


- Your kids and the life you want for them


Your dreams broken down into daily goals or objectives should motivate you to not relent or give up. Staying motivated is hard so looking at the bigger picture or goal should give you the strength to carry on. Some days your energy will be low and other days it will be high but keep thinking positively with positive affirmations and mantras. Always remember that you are an inspiration to your kids and their future should be a great source of motivation for you to be what you want to be.

  1. This is so true - the burden linked to this globalised and fast paced world is not easy. You can easily get lost as a woman and more so a mother, but never giving up only adds to the strength we already have and drawing from the smiles on the faces of our little ones is a great motivational source!
