This stew is called no stress stew because you just grind/blend all the ingredients with the tomatoes and cook. The good thing is you can freeze the paste and use it later so that you have even less stress when cooking stew in the future.
Ingredients
- Fresh tomatoes
- Onions
- Leeks/green onion
- Garlic
- Ginger (not much)
- White pepper/ poivre blanc
- Njangsa (not much)
Clean, wash and slice ingredients and grind or blend it all together.
Put the paste in a clean pot and add some sachets of tomatoes paste.
If you are using meat, boil it separately then add it towards the end of the preparation of the stew. If it is fish do same.
Add oil and seasoning to your taste.
Serve with rice or any complement of your choice.
