The cold weather in Yaounde '(and everywhere) these days needs such a treat. That's why I am sharing with you a sweet recipe to help you deal with the cold at home.
Be careful as you may keep wanting to eat more every time you make these beignets, lol.
How To Make Delicious Banana-Flour Beignets At Home
Ingredients
Banana
Flour
Butter
Baking powder or yeast
Preparation
- Wash and peel bananas. Mash them with a fork or any mashing device.
- Add the flour to the banana paste and mix it to be thick.
- Add a little butter and baking powder or yeast and mix. Allow the rising agents to act for a few minutes.
- Heat some oil and fry the beignets.
- Serve hot or warm with tea, coffee, pap or beans.
