Shower


This is one of my favourite self-care. A shower once or twice a day is satisfying and relaxing. It's best when the baby is asleep so that you can be more at peace and relax for just a few minutes. Here are a few products to help you take a relaxing bath or shower at home.

Sleep


Another favourite and easy way to take care of yourself as a mom. It's only after becoming a mom that you know the meaning of good sleep. Sleep while the baby is sleeping is great self-care. It's not how long you sleep but the quality of your sleep as a mom. A good pillow can help you sleep better by helping you to sleep deeper and make you feel more relaxed.

Social Media


I recommend a few minutes of social media. Catch up with your friends and your favourite influencers online and let their updates distract you a little.

Dance 


With or without the baby is just fine. Don't let the baby stop you from dancing to your favourite song. I do this often when my baby still cries after breastfeeding. It calms both of us and it's fun.

Yoga & Meditation


You can yoga in your home and meditate just anywhere you choose. Here are some tools to help you do yoga and meditate at home and at your convenience.

Read


Read anything you find interesting like a magazine, blogs or books.

Invite friends over for a chat


It can be complicated to go out while nursing a baby so have your friends come over so that you can catch up and chat.
