I'm tired of waiting for the opportunity to jog outside so I started working out at home.
It's not easy to find the time to go out for a run as I have to stay with my kids most of the time.
I realized I had to work with what is possible. So I got this outfit which I wore with my old trainers and jogged in my empty living room. A few other exercises here and there and I was worn out. 😅
Hopefully, I'm consistent and my postpartum belly will disappear in the process.
